Every volunteer must have a liability waiver on file for each build they work on. Information given on the liability waiver is for Habitat use only and ensures the safety and well-being of volunteers on the jobsite.
Adult Liability Waiver: for volunteers 18 and older
Minor Liability Waiver: for volunteers 16 or 17, must be signed by a parent or guardian
